About  Serializers, Deserializers

Serializers are devices that convert digital information provided in parallel format into a serial data stream operating at a higher symbol rate. This conversion reduces the number of conductors required to transmit the information, making it more efficient. Conversely, deserializers perform the opposite function by converting serial data streams back into parallel format.
