About  Switches, Hubs

Switches and hubs are essential components in modern USB or Ethernet networks, allowing multiple branch circuits to be interconnected for seamless communication and data transfer. These finished goods products offer a range of features to ensure optimal network performance and flexibility. Ethernet switches support the interconnection of different transport media, including fiber optic and twisted-pair cabling, enabling the creation of hybrid networks that can accommodate various connectivity needs. Some switch models also provide Power over Ethernet (PoE) support, serving as either power sourcing equipment (PSE) or powered devices (PDs).
