Potentiometer kits offer a variety of resistance options ranging from 10 ohms to 2 Mega ohms, with resistive materials including carbon, cermet, conductive plastic, Hybritron, and wirewound, available in linear or logarithmic taper configurations. A potentiometer, commonly referred to as a pot, features a rotating or sliding contact and serves as a three-terminal resistor that creates an adjustable voltage divider. These kits come with potentiometers offering a range of turns from 1 to 25 and a power rating spanning from 0.06W (1/10W) to 2W.
