About  Photo Detectors - Logic Output

The logic output photodetector family comprises products that incorporate a light-sensitive element, such as a photodiode or phototransistor, and generate a binary output signal to indicate whether the incident light exceeds a predetermined threshold. These devices are commonly utilized in applications that require basic light detection functionality, such as photointerrupters, encoders, and similar devices.
