About  DIP Switches

DIP switches, or Dual Inline Package switches, are electromechanical devices commonly utilized to regulate the flow of current within a circuit. These devices typically consist of small switches grouped together as jumper blocks or compact rotary switches that require a tool for adjustment. Within this product family, there are various actuator types available to suit different application requirements. These actuator types include breakable (shunt), piano, rocker, rotary, slide, standard, and toggle. The toggle actuator type is characterized by a lever that remains in the selected position until manually changed. It provides a clear visual indication of the switch state and is commonly used for maintaining a consistent setting.
