About  AC DC Converters

A device that is specifically designed to convert an alternating current (AC) voltage input into a direct current (DC) voltage output is commonly known as an AC to DC voltage converter. AC to DC voltage converters, also known as rectifiers, are utilized in various applications where a DC voltage is required for proper operation. These converters typically employ diodes or other semiconductor devices to rectify the AC input waveform, resulting in a unidirectional flow of electrical current.
