Efinix's Titanium Ti180 J484C development kit provides a high-performance and low power consumption solution for a wide range of applications, including video capture, sensor data aggregation, and mobile or IoT designs. The kit is designed to showcase the Ti180 FPGA's hardened MIPI D-PHY and hardened LPDDR4/4x controller, which enable fast external frame buffers.

Ethernet and HDMI output daughter cards are included, enabling users to process data in the FPGA and send it to a display or another system. The Ti180 development board also features an FMC connector that allows connection to other IO cards in the FMC ecosystem. This connector enables users to create a proof-of-concept system that closely matches their needs.
Efinity software provides a complete tool flow from RTL design to bitstream generation. The software includes synthesis, place-and-route, timing analysis, and a hardware debugger with a logic analyzer. It has a graphical user interface that provides a visual way to set up projects, run the tool flow, view results, and implement the use of Efinix-provided IP, such as Sapphire RISCV SOC. Efinity also has a command-line flow and a TCL command console. The Efinity-generated bitstream file configures the Titanium FPGA on the development board with an out-of-box or custom design that users can develop.
