Ramtron

Ramtron, now a part of Cypress Semiconductor, was a leading provider of nonvolatile ferroelectric RAM (F-RAM) memory solutions. F-RAM technology offered advantages such as fast read and write speeds, virtually unlimited endurance, low power consumption, and data retention in the event of power loss. These characteristics made F-RAM an ideal choice for applications requiring reliable, high-performance nonvolatile memory.
